Green Stuff World Decal Fixer makes it easier to apply decals to model surfaces. It makes decals more flexible and adhesive and prevents visible outlines.
Apply a small amount of Green Stuff World Decal Fixer directly to the desired area before positioning, and carefully slide the decal from the backing paper onto your model using a brush. The special active ingredients prepare the surface and make the decal adhesive stronger and more durable. If the decal is difficult to move, add a little more fixer or water until you can position it correctly.
If the decal wrinkles, for example on a shoulder pad, apply Green Stuff World Decal Softener after positioning and let it work. Repeat this step 2–3 times until the wrinkles have disappeared; the softener helps the decal conform to the curve without the need for relief cuts. Remove trapped liquid by rolling a cotton swab over the decal, or press it down with a paper towel using rolling motions.
Finally, apply fixer again to the decal and the treated model surface to unify the surface.
Pro tip: Seal the decal with matte or glossy varnish if necessary to deliberately reduce or increase the surface shine.
Warning: Not suitable for children under 36 months. Contains small parts that can be swallowed.
