Radiant Yellow is a high-quality water-based acrylic paint and part of the Vallejo True Metallic Metal system. This paint range is based on the 4-step Base–Light–Shade–Airbrush system, allowing you to build up metallic surfaces precisely – from the base color to highlights and shadows, and even airbrush effects.

Vallejo True Metallic Metal – BASE
The Base variant of Radiant Yellow delivers an intense, golden-yellow metallic tone with high opacity and an even sheen. Thanks to the fine pigment structure and self-leveling formula, it creates a homogeneous finish without visible brush strokes – perfect for armor, ornaments, or energy effects.

Application tips:
- No special prior knowledge required – the BLS system makes structured build-up easier.
- Apply several thin coats to keep the sheen even.
- Mixable with Light for bright accents or smooth transitions.
- Works on a black, white, or gray primer – the brilliance of the color remains intact.
- Shake or stir well before use to distribute the pigments evenly.
