This set contains all the necessary parts to build 1 Astra Militarum Sentinel for Warhammer 40k, as well as a suitable base.
Alternatively, the kit can be used to build 1 Scout Sentinel or 1 Armoured Sentinel.

The model is made of plastic, unpainted, and requires assembly.

Battlefield Role:
Sentinels are light walkers with high flexibility. While the Astra Militarum primarily uses them as reconnaissance vehicles, the addition of some armour plating can turn the Sentinel into a capable war machine.
The Sentinel's deployment options are almost limitless. Armed with a multi-laser, it is a fantastic patrol vehicle for pacified areas; with a heavy flamer, it carves paths through the densest jungle; and with a lascannon, it can even be used as a very light tank hunter.
Of course, the Sentinel is not armoured enough to survive a confrontation with other walkers or tanks, but its low production cost makes it an excellent addition to most army detachments.

Background:
One of the biggest problems for the Astra Militarum is the sheer diversity of galactic battlefields. During the same crusade, troops might encounter frozen tundras, planet-spanning jungles, or nuclear deserts. Not only does each of these terrains present different challenges, but even the enemy can change fundamentally and abruptly. For this reason, the Astra Militarum's war machines often appear quite simple. The design idea behind them is that vehicles should be as robust, easy to repair, and above all, easy to adapt as possible. The Sentinel perfectly represents this design philosophy. Almost every aspect of the walker can be individually customized, so it's no wonder that it is used by almost every regiment.

Nicht geeignet für Kinder unter 3 Jahren. Enthält verschluckbare Kleinteile und/oder Flüssigkeit.
