Splittermond: Terror from the Ice

Horror from the Ice A crossing of the Dragon Pass, which connects the eastern castles of the Watcher’s Alliance with Dalmar – and that in autumn no less? That should be no particular challenge for seasoned heroes, one would think. But soon a blizzard and the onset of winter will show the adventurers their limits. Yet snow, icy cold and avalanches are not the only dangers: Amidst the snowfall, an alien creature lies in wait for prey, and only with great difficulty do the adventurers manage to escape to a small mountain village. Here they are welcomed warmly and can recover in the warmth. But soon it becomes clear that the horror from the ice has been pursuing the adventurers and needs the small village and the heroes for its further plans – plans that extend far beyond a small village on the edge of civilization … The adventurers have no choice but to stand up to the alien horror and defeat it. Yet this enemy is cunning, and soon the adventurers can no longer be sure who they can trust. Horror from the Ice leads the adventurers through the winter mountain landscape of the snow-covered Dragon Pass and into the no-man’s-land between Dalmar and the Blighted Lands.
