Add to your loot
With Green Stuff World Graffiti waterslide decals, you can individually customize wagons and other railway vehicles in your model or diorama. Apply the full-color, opaque, and highly detailed designs with water; no solvents are required.
Cut out the design as close to its outer edge as possible; a new blade in the craft knife will improve the result. Pick it up with tweezers and soak it in water for about 20 seconds, where warm water can help. Then carefully slide the waterslide decal from the sheet onto your model using a brush.
Apply a small amount of Green Stuff World Decal Fixer to the desired area before application: it protects the paint underneath, smooths the surface, and prevents silvering; if needed, more fixer or water helps with sliding. For wrinkles on curved surfaces, apply Green Stuff World Decal Softener after positioning and let it work so that the design adapts; repeat the step 2–3 times until the wrinkles have disappeared. This eliminates the need for relief cuts to remove wrinkles.
Finally, apply Green Stuff World Decal Fixer again to the waterslide decal and the treated model surface to unify the surface. If necessary, seal the design with matte or glossy varnish to remove or add shine.
Pro tip: Remove excess liquid between the design and the surface with a cotton swab rolled along the surface so that the waterslide decal does not peel off. Alternatively, press a paper towel onto the design using rolling motions.
Warning: Not suitable for children under 36 months. Contains small parts that can be swallowed.
