Glaive Super-Heavy Special Weapons Tank

Contents:
This set contains all the necessary parts to build 1 Glaive Super-heavy Special Weapons Tank of the Legiones Astartes for Warhammer The Horus Heresy.

The models are made of plastic, unpainted, and require assembly.

Background:
The Glaive is based on the same basic design as the Fellblade and is one of the rare variants of this super-heavy tank line. What makes it infamous is its gigantic Volkite Carronade. Where other weapons merely pierce, this technology burns entire formations to ashes. The hit is not just an impact, but a consuming beam that turns bodies and equipment into charred remains in seconds.

Especially against the masses of the Legiones Astartes, the Glaive became a specter of dread. Its Volkite Carronade chews through power armor as if it were paper. This makes it a danger to anyone relying on the supposed security of their armor, regardless of whether they are Loyalist or Traitor. When a Glaive appears on the battlefield, the behavior of entire formations changes. Cover becomes a matter of meters and seconds, and dense advances become a gamble with a very short life expectancy.
